EEREE is a Brooklyn-based real estate development and design consultancy, founded in 2024 by Sophia Kang and Boram Lee Jung.

Sophia Kang Principal

Sophia is a real estate development and investment professional who has worked in New York City since 2012. In addition to her role at EEREE, she serves as Managing Director of Development at Jade Century Properties (JCP), where she oversees the development of multifamily condominiums and rental buildings in NYC. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Cooper Union and a Master in City Planning with a focus on real estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Boram Lee Jung, AIA, LEED BD+C Architect

Boram is a New York-registered architect with extensive design and construction experience. Before co-founding EEREE, he worked as architectural designer for over 10 years at various firms including KPF, ODA, Mass Studies, and Atelier Jean Nouvel. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Philosophy from University of Seoul and a Master’s degree in Design Studies from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
